Community Carol Concert at St Symphorians Church.

What a lovely morning we all enjoyed at St Symphorian’s Church in Durrington for our annual Carol Concert on December 10th. Staff, volunteers, Hive guests, families and friends came together once again to share a wonderfully festive celebration, followed by refreshments and time to connect. We are deeply grateful to St Symphorian’s Church, Father Arthur and his volunteers for hosting us so warmly.

A heartfelt thank you goes to the talented students from Durrington Infants and Junior School, the team from @rowansdayopportunitiescentre, and our own Stay Active Dementia Choir, led by Ric and supported by the Power of Music Fund, for their truly uplifting performances. We would also like to thank all our brilliant speakers and readers, as well as Tim Wilkins and his team from the Alzheimer’s Society, for their valued contributions.

We were delighted to be joined by Worthing & Adur Town Crier, Bob Smytherman, and the Mayor of Worthing, who helped make the morning even more special. And finally, a big thank you to Kathie and the team at Prosperon Networks for providing the refreshments, and to Lenka for her beautiful cupcakes which were very much appreciated by our hungry singers!

We already can’t wait for next year’s concert.
