Lancing Community Dementia Hive
Located at 73-75 North Road, Lancing, BN15 9AS, the Lancing Community Dementia Hive is a welcoming hub dedicated to supporting individuals living with dementia and their families. We offer an open, safe, and nurturing environment designed to help people thrive.
With our person-centred approach, each individual’s needs are understood and supported, significantly enhancing their quality of life. We foster friendships and equip families and carers with valuable knowledge and practical skills.
We opened in June 2025 and welcome people to pop by and say ‘hello’ – we’d love to meet you.

D-Cafe open every Tuesday & Thursday
Tuesdays: 10am – 1pm and Thursdays: 1pm – 4pm
Our friendly, welcoming environment is ideal for people who are affected by dementia and memory loss. You can be a carer, family member or someone who just needs some help.
You can expect a warm welcome and a cuppa. No need to book – just drop in (we’re opposite Truffles Bakery) or call Kim for more information on 07730 571986.
During September at the Hive, we have the Adur & Worthing wellbeing clinic every Monday, from the 8 September to the 29 September (contact Kim to book).
Thursday 11 September 1pm-3.30pm we have Meet & Greet The Community Liaison Nurses. Wednesday 17 September a NEW Carers coffee & chat 1pm-4pm. Thursday 18 September 1pm-4pm Talk to PAT (Pennie from the Prevention Assessment Team), Tuesday 23 September 12pm – Celebration Time! (celebrate our National Lottery Funding), Thursday 25 September Free Finance Clinic with Carpenter Box and Tuesday 30 September 11.30am we have a Meet & Greet with Carers Support West Sussex!
Wednesday, 3rd September we have a new LGBTQ+ support group in Lancing, 11am – 1pm. Pop by for entertainment and refreshments and find out about our new LGBTQ+ monthly meetings in Collaboration with Switchboard. Download a leaflet and thank you to Carpenter Box for their sponsorship.
