What is support at home?

We support older people in their own homes with personal care, domestic support, companionship, respite, health visits and wellbeing services to assist them and improve the quality of their lives. We value the independence of our clients and respect their personal choices, aiming to make every day a good day. All services are tailor-made to suit each individual.

The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission, and we are committed to providing a high-quality at-home care service. If you are interested in talking to us about support at home, we will listen to your needs and advise you if we are able to support your needs.

We will arrange a visit to see you at home and carry out an assessment of your needs. We then arrange a start date and agree a suitable time for our staff to visit you. We aim to spend quality time with our clients and do NOT offer quick fifteen minute or back-to-back calls. Your care really matters, and our home care service is delivered at a very competitive rate.

A review of your care needs is regularly undertaken by a senior care worker to ensure we continue to meet your needs. During your care, you have access to our office team to answer any questions.

Our domestic services include help with tasks such as shopping, housework, laundry, ironing and cooking meals. The assistance can also extend outside of the home – we can collect prescriptions and pensions and also accompany clients for medical appointments or on social outings.
