Roles:
Care Assistant (days) – Cornwell House, Ferring
To work an average 29 hours per week over the week on various set day shifts and alternate weekends.
Kitchen Assistant – Cornwell House, Ferring
To work average 10.5 hours per week on a rolling 2-week rota, shift times 3.30pm – 6.30pm, to include alternate weekends.
Community Carer – Support at Home, Ferring
Various shifts and hours working within Ferring, Goring and East Preston. Driving is essential to role.
Lancing Roles
Various hours, shifts available across the week.

Roles:
Deputy Manager – Support at Home, Lancing
Full time position 37.5 hours per week + on call. Based in Lancing. Driving essential to role.
£33,000 per annum + on call payment.
Care Team Lead – Support at Home, Lancing
Full time position 37.5 hours per week (flexible). Based in Lancing. Driving essential to role.
£29,000 per annum + on call payment.
Companions – Support at Home, Lancing
Working 9am – 3pm Mon-Fri. Driving essential to role. Payrate £12.50 per hour.
Community Carers and Domestics – Support at Home, Lancing
Various shifts and hours supporting the Lancing community in their own homes. Driving essential to roles.
Pay rates weekday up to 4 pm £12.50 ph, weekday after 4 pm £14.00 ph, Weekends up to 4 pm £15.00 ph, Weekends after 4 pm £15.75 ph. + mileage paid on all. PAID BY SHIFT NOT BY CALL.

Our care roles workers are responsible for providing a high standard of personal care and will need to be able to empathise, listen and laugh with clients. There is always plenty of time allocated to the clients.
